Dr. Carr joined us from Texas, where she was a Family Practice physician at Texoma Medical Center. She has a special interest in women’s health, diabetes, preventative care, sports medicine & teen care.
Dr. Carr is the mother of three children. In her freetime Dr. Carr enjoys playing with her kids, hiking, reading and skiing.

She received her medical degree from Calcutta National Medical College in India and completed a residency program in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology at UNM .
She strives to improve her knowledge constantly to provide the very best care to her patients. To this end, she has also received the Endocrine Certification for Neck Ultrasound (ECNU) from the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) . This allows her to perform thyroid ultrasounds and biopsies in the clinic. In addition, she is International Society for Clinical Densitometry (ISCD) accredited as a Certified Clinical Densitometrist (CCD)
She enjoys all aspects of endocrinology and metabolism which include diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid abnormalities, male and female hormone disorders, transgender care, adrenal disorders, cholesterol problems and osteoporosis.
In her spare time, Dr. Garimella is an avid reader, amateur knitter and relaxes by walking her dog Shiloh in addition to listening to all genres of music.

Dr. Green is a native of Los Alamos and graduated from Los Alamos High School in 1980. He completed an MD/PhD program in biochemistry/toxicology from the University of Kansas. He also completed a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Dr. Green completed his residency in General Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center and his fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. He is also diplomate of the American Board of Medical Examiners and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Green practices all aspects of general surgery and urgent/acute care, with particular interests in hernia repair, cancer surgery, thoracic surgery, dermatologic surgery, urgent/acute care and men’s health. In his spare time, he spends time hiking and fishing.

Sara has previous experience as a nurse in the emergency department and urgent care settings. She has experience with patients of all ages, managing both acute and long term conditions. She strives to build strong provider-patient relationships while helping patients achieve their best health.
On her days off, Sara likes to spend time with her family, hike with her dogs, horseback ride, and enjoy all the other outdoor activities New Mexico has to offer.
